最近有客戶反應將 iPhone/iPad 升級至 iOS 11 後，有時偵測不到隨身碟。發生原因為：

從 iOS 11 開始，iOS 對於外部儲存裝置的偵測時間需要較久，開啟 PhotoFast ONE app 後將 PhotoFast 產品插入 iPhone/iPad 請等待 30 秒待系統識別。

我們已將此問題回報給 Apple。

若還是無法偵測，請嘗試將手機做「BANARAN」

在 iPhone 7 或 iPhone 7 Plus 上：同時按住側邊按鈕和調低音量按鈕至少 10 秒，直到看到 Apple 標誌。
在 iPhone 6s 和之前機型、iPad 或 iPod touch 上：同時按住主畫面按鈕和頂部（或側邊）按鈕至少 10 秒，直到看到 Apple 標誌。

We have noticed this issue in iOS 11 and reported this to Apple.

iOS 11 changed the timing of external storage device detection, sometimes it may take up to 30 seconds for iOS 11 to detect the drive.

We've also seen this happening with other brands of Lightning storage products.

When this occurs, please a "Force Restart" can usually resolve the problem:

On an iPhone 7 or iPhone 7 Plus : Press and hold both the Side and Volume Down buttons for at least 10 seconds, until you see the Apple logo.
On an iPhone 6s and earlier, iPad, or iPod touch: Press and hold both the Home and the Top (or Side) buttons for at least 10 seconds, until you see the Apple logo.
